Welcome to the Las Sendas golf community. My name is Matt Jackson and I have worked for Desert Wide Properties since early 2004. I got involved with real estate and mortgages in 1995, when I was only 18 years old. I moved to Mesa, AZ with my wife and son in the spring of 2001 and have lived in the Las Sendas area the entire time.

Las Sendas in one of my favorite communities in the Phoenix valley due to its great amenities and location. Las Sendas is bordered by the beautiful Usery Mountains and Tonto National Forest, the Las Sendas Master Planned Community is nestled into some of the most beautiful real estate that Arizona has to offer. Most Las Sendas homes are located to take advantage of spectacular mountain views and vistas of Mesa city lights at night. Winding throughout much of the development is one of Arizona's most spectacular golf courses with custom and luxury homes sprinkled along its fairways. Real estate plans for current and upcoming homes sites feature every neighborhood backing up to a golf course or planned open space for recreation.

The community was named from the Spanish words for “The Paths”. With 2,400 acres of planned area development, Las Sendas has preserved large areas of desert flora by avoiding dense real estate development.
